QA/QC Introduction

This department is a core unit for product quality control. The department has placed all the links of the production chain under the quality management, strengthening the inspection of major production processes and carrying out strict quality supervision.

The random inspection has been performed from time to time. As a result, serious quality problems and violation of operating rules have been completely eliminated. Quality inspection of raw materials, semi-products and finished products has been performed strictly. The quality supervision and control have been implemented in all the production processes. The quality inspection procedures include self-inspection, mutual inspection, patrol inspection, workshop inspection, warehouse entry inspection and product delivery inspection. One link followed by another link, quality inspection is carried out in every production process.
